In accordance with the KNVB terms and conditions, it is essential to know which visitors enter the stadium. Therefore, we check personal data and verify that it matches the ticketholder. We would therefore like to remind you to do this. If you end up not fulfilling this requirement, it means that you will not be granted access to the stadium.

Account verification requires that children also complete the verification if the account is registered under this personal data. This can be done with the nationally required proof of identity in healthcare, which is valid from birth. We are unable to make exceptions.

Yes, you can. If the sales regime allows you to buy multiple tickets for a match, you can do so with a verified account. You will then receive the tickets in your account. On the match day itself, you can use the tickets on your mobile phone to grant entry to your guests. If you prefer to send the tickets to your guest(s), they need to have or create a verified account. They can then enter the stadium with their own mobile phone.
